U.S. Bellows, Inc. custom designed this 32″ diameter elbow pressure balanced expansion joint for a manufacturing facility in Midway, Tennessee. The bellows, cover and liner are all fabricated from stainless steel. The unit is 10′-4″ long and designed for 350°F. The expansion joint is designed for 1/8″ axial and 1/4″ lateral movement. A dye penetrant exam and hydro-test at 53 psig was preformed prior to shipment.
